Pneumatic or hydraulic distribution and control systems are usually developed hand-in-glove with mechanical and/or electrical systems. However, when forced to respond to a rapidly accelerating project timeline, our clients often wish to outsource this critical aspect of the design scope. In that case, the Descher team works closely with the client's engineering staff to identify supply, loading, and control interface requirements. We can then provide a complete design, fully documented, identifying preparation equipment, valves and manifolds, actuators, sensors, and any necessary distribution components. We are also familiar with the old-fashioned air-logic systems still occasionally in use.

                     

As with our electrical design, panel-build, and wiring capabilities, we can also provide value-added build services to any of our fluidic designs. If your project timeline or short-term understaffing calls for outsourcing your "plumbing", Descher can supply the necessary assembly labor either remotely or onsite alongside your build team.

We use AutoCAD to develop our fluid power schematics and layouts, but we can provide 3D neutral-format models of all components for integration with our clients' CAD assemblies. Please call us to discuss any specific requests or requirements.
